3S ESTATE MANAGEMENT

3S Property Manager takes up the responsibility of managing large estates / farm’s. Managing estate farm is completely a different affair compared to managing residential/commercial properties or vacant sites within town/city limits, various factors has to be taken into consideration while managing the same.

After thorough discussion and understanding the owner’s requirements, considering the present status of the estate / farm, if it is feasible, 3S Property Manager will submit a customized proposal which suits the requirements of the owner so that the estate / farm can be managed as per owner’s wish.

Any other options like, long lease, joint development or strategic tie-up possibilities can be explored in case of non-operational estate, if land owner is interested in this
